JAN LOKPAL

Jan lokpal bill drafting must address the volume and status of the person by whom the act of grafting done.Bcoz history evident of the fact that how wronghandelling of any such bills have been made  in india so far and crucial victim always been a common man or the person who is working on some alter conditions. The intensity of prosecution must b ramping with status of the person very first and with volume secondaly apart from IPC norms. It should not b an another imprint of the fact that a person who stole a bread in case of intence hunger will b handeled with all judicial norms and will b penalize in due course of time on one hand AND constitution or the law of the land find himself helpless in belling the big CATS who makes thousands of crore on another hand. Fortunately we r on a point at the moment with efforts of some great Gandhians ,we never suppose to loose inches in taping the real benefit we can extract from this great resolution of Jan lokpal.it should b in some way like if something wrong is done deliberately ,say by
1 A politician : Since a politician or a minister is associated with  a portfolio in general , which have a region of convergance  that affects a wider section of both geography and demography . so hi act must addressed  in proportionate intensity.
2 A person with judicial accountability: since justice is a matter which is associated not only with material substances  but ethical and moral issues too  . so it should b treated accordingly
3: A civil servant : this is one class of the society which suppose to take all the technical and strategic decision on  behalf of entire country  and if it mingled with any personal Persuasion than it certainly b treated as  crime against nation
4:A religious man: in a nation where religious sentiments of the people always considered at uppermost level and if anything comes to dilute this certainly b treated on same level
So it’s a humble request from a last indian to the drafting committee  members that important thing is not the deadline, exactly it should b the content and echo of the national sentiments
